Cheri Stevenot

President and Owner, Recruiter

Cheri had a 26-year career with P&G. Her leadership positions spanned across Engineering, Product Supply, and R&D. Cheri was the Director / Vice President of Global Package Development for billion-dollar brands in Hair Care, Personal Care, Diapers, Feminine Care and Toilet & Tissue. Her early career was with Bristol-Myers Squibb developing medical equipment. Cheri holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and is a Licensed Professional Engineer and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Cheri is also passionate about helping others succeed in business and in the community. She serves as a Trustee for the Engineers and Scientists Foundation of Cincinnati, as the Continuing Education Chair for the Regional Engineers and Scientists of Cincinnati, and as a member of Northern Kentucky University’s Business Mentorship Program. She mentors a local non-profit and helps fund programs for disadvantaged youth.

Mitch Zulli

Senior Recruiter and Talent Coach / Program Manager

Mitch is a passionate recruiter that brings over 35 years of experience to our team with nine years in recruiting and managing MSP's. Starting her career in Paper and Printing Sales, she moved inside to take on roles including Production Planning, Capacity Planning, National Accounts Packaging Sourcing, Purchasing, Product Supply, Artwork Management, Change Management, Initiative Leadership, and Project Management. She also served as a Moderator for the Executive Team Meetings at Sunny Delight Beverages for eight years. Her experience in these roles plays an integral part in her success in recruiting and understanding the clients' needs at all levels of the organization, and helping candidates find great career opportunities. Mitch has a B.A. in Communications, is Certified Project Manager, and has Lean Education Training. She served as a Board member of the non-profit Keep Cincinnati Beautiful for over eight years in various roles including a Member at Large, Governance Chair, and Secretary on the Executive Board.

Bob Stevenot

General Manager

Bob has over 27 years of experience in the Packaging Industry. His expertise spans across all substrates and packaging equipment with a focus on secondary packaging and equipment automation. He has held several leadership positions including Director of National Accounts for the second largest distributor of packaging and equipment in the U.S.; and General Manager with International Paper’s xpedx distribution division over seeing equipment sales and technical services. Bob holds a B.A. in Business Administration and served as a Marine Officer during the Gulf War. Bob has been a leader and instructor for the Boy Scouts of America for over 35 years. He is also active in his church and Community Township Advisory Committee.

Marie Stevenot Myers

Business Manager, Recruiter

Marie has over 9 years of technical engineering experience in the aerospace industry including developing customer relationships, technology, and Intellectual Property. Her early career years included overseeing an organization focused on professional development, mentoring, and building cross disciplinary skills. Marie holds a M.S. and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA with a specialization in Marketing, and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Ohio. Marie thrives on ensuring the right people are paired with the right job, resulting in great client satisfaction and rewarding career opportunities for employees. Marie is active in her church community and passionate about growing technical talent.

Justin Faris

Recruiter, Talent Coach

Justin has over 20 years of experience recruiting in the engineering, accounting, finance, project management, legal counsel, sales, account management, IT, and executive leadership. Before coming to On Line Design, Justin worked at Belcan as a Resource Manager and Recruiting Team Lead for multiple industries including aerospace and automotive. Justin was the main point of contact for all corporate support staff and executive leadership roles, and he led a team of recruiters to fill over 500 positions annually. In this role, he worked alongside hiring managers to tailor job descriptions, navigate salary negotiations, and ensure future resource planning was in place to meet the company’s upcoming commitments. After Belcan, Justin was self-employed and worked with clients in the custom machine design space to recruit technical and corporate support positions including engineers, VPs, Directors, and other executives. Over the last 3 years at On Line Design, he has worked with new and existing clients to find solutions to their needs helping to fill corporate and engineering positions, in addition to technical roles within the CPG, Food and Beverage, Flavor and Packaging industry. Justin understands the importance of having the right talent and culture on the job and strives for excellence for both the customer and the candidate. Justin has a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management with a Business minor from Xavier University and is an Eagle Scout.
